Dr. Isaac Y. Addae is a Ghanaian-American strategist, educator, and author dedicated to advancing equity, cultural identity, and community empowerment. With a background in engineering and a Ph.D. in Business Administration, he has led work at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and social impact—serving as founder of The Conscious Group and Chief Strategy Officer of Pivot Technology School.

A former business professor and the author of Black Boy Fly, Dr. Addae centers his work on the power of lived experience, ancestry, and purpose—values deeply aligned with the Foundation’s mission to use art as a tool for advocacy and transformation. He brings to the board a strategic mindset, a strong commitment to the African diaspora, and a vision for leveraging creativity as a force for justice and generational change.
